Objective Enhance web presence and bookings for the villas

Ground Zero At project initiation, client had an already developed website but was not taking advantage of SEM or Social Media strategies. There were also 2 Facebook groups that were not being maintained frequently and thus not gaining traction.

Plan Create a new group on Facebook that was developed with the intention of giving the villa a human brand.

Results Target audience was carefully selected and in a 90-day span we were able to generate over 1,000 fans.  In addition, we also created an online Vacation giveaway to generate buzz and also to gain more qualified leads for the client’s database.  Leads are expected to triple at the 120-day mark and the Facebook site is extremely interactive.  Bookings and inquiries are up and client has reported that activity has spiked since the marketing plan’s inception.
